This Car Rental Project has been specifically designed to cater to the needs of small business owners in India who are Tours & Travel Agents. Recognizing the lack of available websites for these entrepreneurs, I have created a user-friendly and efficient website that aims to help them survive and thrive in the digital world.

To enhance the functionality of the website, I have incorporated various APIs. The Cloudinary API has been utilized for file storage, providing a reliable alternative to AWS S3. Additionally, the MAPBOX - Distance Matrix API has been integrated to accurately calculate the distance between two given points, enabling users to plan their trips effectively. Furthermore, the HERE Geo-Coding API has been employed to convert locations into longitude and latitude coordinates, facilitating seamless navigation and mapping.

Communication is key, and to ensure smooth interactions with users, I have leveraged Django's in-built <code>send_mail()</code> function. This feature enables the website to send emails to registered users, notifying them about successful car bookings. Moreover, it also facilitates the sending of emails for account creation, as well as password recovery, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient communication system.
